Causes of postpartum hair loss

After giving birth to a baby, the amount of estrogen secreted in the body suddenly drops, and the hair that does not fall under the action of estrogen during pregnancy will fall off in large quantities.
This is only a temporary phenomenon. Generally, the symptoms of hair loss will get better in about half a year.

When washing your hair, first rub the shampoo in your palm to form a rich lather, and then apply it evenly on the hair, instead of pouring the shampoo directly on the scalp, so as not to over-irritate the scalp.
