Dandruff has nothing to do with the frequency of shampooing
Many people think that dandruff is caused by excessive shampooing. In fact, there is no direct relationship between the occurrence of dandruff and the frequency of washing your hair.
The replacement cycle of normal scalp cells is 28 days. After the dandruff cells are fully mature, they peel off as tiny cells that are invisible to the naked eye; immature cells reach the top layer of the skin and peel off as visible debris to form dandruff. In fact, more than 90% of people will produce physiological dandruff, which is produced by normal metabolism. If you feel itchy scalp, it indicates that there is a tendency for dandruff, and you should immediately use anti-dandruff shampoo with anti-dandruff conditioner for better results. Also try to use a comb with slightly rounded teeth to avoid excessive irritation to the scalp. While using the shampoo, add a teaspoon of bath salt or table salt, and then wash it, at least 1 to 2 times a week, the effect of anti-dandruff is very obvious.
It should be noted that if the mental pressure is high and the physical condition is not good, there will be more dandruff. Therefore, if you have a lot of dandruff, you may wish to relax your mind and feel calm; you can also consume more alkaline and vitamin B2 and B6-rich foods, such as milk, vegetables, fruits, etc., and avoid excessive acidic foods.
